Purpose: To provide instructions to users who have not yet applied for or renewed their license(s) in this new eLicensing system.
Please note: Licenses should be linked to the license holder’s user account. Third parties shall not create accounts and link multiple employee licenses to one account. Doing so will result in the account being disabled.

Best Practices: If you have a personal license and you are responsible for a facility license (outside of Chiropractic and Physical Therapy), you should create a separate account for the facility. Ideally, it should not be linked to the personal account used for your individual license.
Chiropractic facility licenses must be linked to the Chiropractor of Record’s account.
Physical Therapy Facility licenses must be linked to the Physical Therapy Compliance Officer’s account.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting: Please be sure to select the appropriate board and corresponding license type to link your license.
FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions):
I am receiving an error message: “The system could not match the fields provided.”
Please confirm you have selected a License Type before attempting your search again. If you have selected the correct License Type and you are certain that the information you have entered is correct, please contact the board that oversees your license.
I am receiving an error message that my license is already linked.
Linking is a one-time requirement. Please check to ensure your license is not already linked to your account. You can see any licenses already linked to your account by clicking “Manage My Licenses and Applications.”
If your license is linked to an account, and you no longer have access, you must submit a support ticket requesting to unlink your license.
I have more than one license, do I have to link them all individually?
No. When you complete the steps to link one of your licenses, you will be given the opportunity to link any other MA DPH (non- MD) license you currently or previously held.
I completed the linking steps, but not all of my DPH licenses are linked.
Contact the board that oversees the license that did not link to confirm that the information on that license is correct.
Why must I provide my DOB and SSN when linking my license?
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is required for identity protection to ensure the license is linked to the correct user account.
Conclusion: Users should be able to link their license(s) to their user account to make any necessary updates. If further assistance is needed, please submit a support ticket.
