Open application(s) are listed by profession. Scroll to the applicable profession and click “show details”.
In the bottom right hand corner click on the red “withdraw this application” link.
A pop-up will require you to enter the application number provided and confirm the withdrawal warning language before clicking the red withdraw link.
A second pop-up will appear confirming the application has been successfully withdrawn.

Open amendments are listed under your license. Scroll to the applicable license and click “show details”.
